Natalie is a real-life Disney princess. Her mom made that comment after I first met her, and I have come to completely agree with that statement. Natalie is kind, always happy and joyful, sweet, and such a beautiful girl inside and out. Taking this senior’s session was an absolute joy and blast.
Natalie wanted the beach at Bay City for her first location, and we had such a great time. Normally I love the sunshine, but the cloudy sky works well for this place. And look at that floral dress as her first outfit! Lately the fad has been short sundresses, but the longer ones have my heart. You just get so much more movement in them, and you don’t have to worry about posing when the length is so long. I wish more of my seniors would wear long dresses.
Natalie brought a hat for her second outfit, and I about died when she wore it. Isn’t it so cute?? When in doubt, bring a hat. 😉 It was such a hot day, and the beach was so crowded, but Natalie handled it all like a champ. We also took a few pictures at Natalie’s house with her sweet puppy.
The Chippewa Nature Center makes for a beautiful location, and Natalie’s session was no exception. By this time the sun came out, and at the end we had Natalie in the frame with a pink smoke bomb. Because yes, pink is Natalie’s favorite color. And I love that. (By the way, I’ve learned since that the nature center does not allow smoke bombs. So sorry about that, CNC!)
Thanks for an amazing session, sweet girl!
