My Last Senior Session of 2020 took place in October. I feel like I’m ready to be done with sessions by the time late October rolls around. The weather is colder. There is less light. And I really look forward to celebrating the holidays with my family.
Luke was my last senior for the year, and we went out on a bang. (I know him and his family from church, and they are incredible. I feel so blessed to know them.) And what a perfect senior session this was! Luke is such an amazing guy, and the session with him was so chill and laid back. He chose Dow Gardens for his session, and we stayed there the whole time. My seniors get to choose up to two locations for their session, but sometimes it’s nice to just stay at one location for the entire time. And really, Dow Gardens is such a great spot if you’re only going to choose one.
Luke showed up wearing this perfect outfit and even brought his violin. Look at what a handsome guy he is! And that color is seriously perfect for him and for the season and colors. These were taken right outside the main entrance to Dow Gardens.
I’m a sucker for shots with instruments. I love that my last session of the year included one!
Luke’s smile is simply the best.
This picture down here? One of my favorite senior pictures ever. Since it was October, we grabbed those golden leaves in our shots, and they added just the right hues for these pictures.
I can’t wait to show you the last half of his session next time! Luke and those red bridges make for a killer combination.
