Batman is simply the best superhero out there. I can say that without hesitation, and I don’t think my opinion on that will ever change. One of the reasons I think I love Batman so much is because of the TV show I watched when I was younger. Anyone here watch Batman, the animated series? Oh, it was the best! Rated on IMDB with a whopping 9 out of 10 stars, I’m not the only one who thinks so.

I’ve been wanting to do a family Halloween theme for quite some time, and last year (around the same time as Halloween), we all agreed to do Batman this year. Although we’ve done a family theme for Halloween before, we adults were normally last-minute costumes and never anything like this. This year? We went all out, baby! In fact, my husband even took one for the time and shaved his beard just for the pictures. 😉

October is a busy month for me in my senior photography business, and THIS year we also had a planned cruise to the Bahamas. So we got all our costumes in September and took pictures out in Bay City, Michigan to put the look together. We love the way they turned out. I don’t know that we’ll ever do a family theme this big again, so I love that we made it happen this year. Enjoy the photos and check out the last one for something fun!
